In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador for luxury and niche perfumery, guiding discerning clients through personalized and memorable fragrance journeys. We are looking for an individual who combines deep product expertise with natural storytelling abilities and a proven track record in luxury retail sales.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized fragrance consultations to high-net-worth clients, guiding them through niche and luxury perfumery collections.
- Utilize extensive knowledge of olfactory families, fragrance notes, and structures to tell compelling stories behind each scent.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of luxury customer service.
- Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with VIP clients through professional follow-ups.
- Leverage digital tools, including WhatsApp and social media platforms, for modern clienteling and relationship management.
- Maintain an immaculate retail environment and ensure proper stock management and product presentation.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience within the luxury or niche fragrance retail sector.
- Comprehensive understanding of fragrance notes, olfactory families, and perfumery artistry.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills with fluent written and spoken English.
- Polished professional presentation suited for a high-end luxury retail environment.
- Demonstrated ability to connect with high-value clients and drive repeat business.
