We are seeking a talented and tech-savvy Learning Systems & E-Learning Officer to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our organizational learning strategy by administering our Learning Management System (LMS) and creating high-impact digital learning experiences that drive employee development and operational excellence across our expanding footprint.
Key Responsibilities- Administer, maintain, and optimize the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Design and develop engaging e-learning courses, converting standard operating procedures, manuals, and presentations into interactive online modules.
- Create multimedia learning assets, including quizzes, instructional videos, simulations, and microlearning content.
- Leverage AI-powered learning and content creation tools to accelerate and enhance digital curriculum development.
- Monitor learner progress, track course completion rates, and manage certification records across all business units.
- Generate comprehensive learning analytics and reports to provide actionable insights for talent development initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end digital onboarding journeys for new hires to accelerate time-to-productivity.
- Collaborate closely with internal subject matter experts to continuously evaluate and improve training materials.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Educational Technology, Human Resources, Psychology, Computer Science, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in LMS administration, instructional design, or digital learning content development.
- Hands-on proficiency with popular e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise 360, or H5P.
- Familiarity with AI-driven content generation tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Coursebox, or Mindsmith.
