About the Role
LEAP Africa is a leading leadership development non-profit organization dedicated to empowering a new cadre of African leaders. As we scale our impact, we are seeking a proactive Learning, Innovation & Technology Coordinator to support the effective planning, coordination, and delivery of learning and technology initiatives aligned with our strategic goals. In this role, you will bridge education and technology, managing digital learning platforms, facilitating training programs, and ensuring robust IT infrastructure and security to foster organisational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop engaging e-learning content, digital courses, and instructional materials aligned with LEAP Africa's core themes.
- Manage the organization's Learning Management Systems (LMS) and drive digital product development.
- Monitor and track e-learning impact metrics, preparing regular reports for stakeholders and funders.
- Provide first-line technical support, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and manage IT helpdesk ticketing records.
- Coordinate IT projects, maintain software licenses, and enforce robust IT security policies and website security measures.
- Build and manage relationships with technology partners, sponsors, and stakeholders to advance digital initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, Instructional Design, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in educational technology, digital learning, project coordination, or IT support.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital tools, and collaboration platforms.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills with acute attention to detail.
