About the Role
Oilserv Limited is a leading provider of integrated engineering, procurement, construction, installation & commissioning (EPCIC) services and complementary solutions across the asset and program life cycle within the onshore, offshore and subsea market segments of the oil and gas sector. We are currently looking for a talented Learning & Development Specialist to support our Head of Human Resources in delivering impactful L&D and recruitment strategies across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with line managers to conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and align programs with operational goals.
- Design, facilitate, and evaluate training interventions, including online learning and LMS tracking.
- Manage relationships with external training providers, accreditation bodies, and the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) for annual reimbursements.
- Monitor L&D budgets, costs, and expenses to ensure optimal financial resource allocation.
- Coordinate performance management procedures and execute routine performance audits across all business units.
- Support recruitment activities, utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems and advanced interviewing techniques for top engineering talent.
- BSc or HND in Management, Social Sciences, or a related discipline from a reputable institution.
- Professional certification such as CIPMN, SHRM, CIPD, or CIPM.
- Minimum of five (5) years of cumulative cognate experience in an HR, Learning & Development, or recruitment role.
- Strong knowledge of performance management, LMS platforms, and SAP HR or ATS systems.
- Prior experience in the oil and gas or EPCIC industry will be an added advantage.
