About the Role
Domeo Resources International (DRI), a leading HR and Management Consultancy firm known for excellence and innovation, is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Manager. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our Human Resources department, ensuring the seamless execution of recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and day-to-day HR activities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in posting job vacancies, sourcing candidates, coordinating interview schedules, and managing applicant communications.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and electronic employee files while strictly safeguarding confidential information.
- Track staff attendance, leave requests, absences, and support data compilation for payroll processing.
- Handle routine HR correspondence, draft memos, and act as a reliable point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Coordinate staff training sessions, maintain participation records, and assist with employee engagement activities.
- Support compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and assist in preparing periodic HR reports and audits.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in an HR or administrative support role.
- Basic knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, HR practices, and employee documentation processes.
- Prior experience within the hospitality or hotel industry is an added advantage.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with high discretion for sensitive information.
