About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic Learning & Development Specialist to drive our organization's learning agenda, ensuring that all L&D initiatives align seamlessly with our core business priorities, capability requirements, and talent strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive, organization-wide learning plan aligned with business strategy, talent priorities, and identified capability needs.
- Partner with internal Subject Matter Experts to design, curate, and continuously improve engaging learning content, programs, and resources.
- Facilitate impactful training workshops and development interventions across all levels of the organization.
- Manage and optimize the enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) to track records, generate reports, and drive user engagement.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness through data analysis and learner feedback, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Oversee external L&D vendors and learning partners to ensure cost-effective, high-quality educational solutions.
- Contribute strategic L&D insights to broader talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organisational Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organisational Development.
- Strong expertise in instructional design, content development, workshop facilitation, and LMS administration.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, project management, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into effective learning interventions and foster a culture of continuous learning.
