About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Learning & Development Executive to design, coordinate, and implement comprehensive training programs that elevate employee competencies, boost performance, and align with our strategic organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify organizational training needs through comprehensive assessments, performance reviews, and collaboration with department heads.
  • Develop, manage, and execute annual learning and development plans and budgets.
  • Coordinate engaging onboarding and induction programs to seamlessly integrate new hires into the Advans Nigeria culture.
  • Organize and oversee both internal and external training programs, ensuring high-quality delivery and participant engagement.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops where applicable, utilizing modern instructional techniques.
  • Monitor training attendance, evaluate learning outcomes, and measure the return on investment (ROI) of all initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee training records, learning databases, and reports.
  • Support succession planning and talent development initiatives to build a robust internal talent pipeline.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in HR (such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) is a distinct advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in Learning & Development or general Human Resources.
  • Prior working experience within the financial services or microfinance banking sector is highly preferred.
  • Strong expertise in Training Needs Analysis, learning program design, and facilitation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, data analysis, and reporting skills.
