About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Nigeria and drive our workforce capability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Training and Development Strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA), create the annual training calendar, and recommend targeted learning interventions.
- Coordinate end-to-end internal and external training programmes, managing vendor relationships, logistics, and resource allocation.
- Monitor the approved training budget, track costs, and manage ITF training approvals, compliance requirements, and reimbursement claims.
- Evaluate training effectiveness, assess ROI, and monitor the transfer of learning to improve employee performance.
- Support career development, succession planning, competency frameworks, and talent management initiatives.
- Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development, Training, Talent Management, or general HR.
- Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD is a strong added advantage.
