HReade is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Project Manager to join our professional consulting team in Nigeria. In this role, you will serve as the primary representative for assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives. Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary day-to-day representative for assigned projects, managing client expectations, budgets, and programme requirements.
- Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, resource requirements, and comprehensive execution strategies.
- Coordinate design teams, specialist consultants, and contractors throughout the complete project lifecycle from planning to completion.
- Develop procurement strategies, prepare tender documentation, and support contract negotiations and vendor evaluations.
- Proactively identify project risks, constraints, and potential delivery challenges while implementing effective mitigation measures.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly project reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate internal project teams while contributing to business development and company process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification, further training, or certification in Project Management is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience within architecture, construction, design consultancy, or real estate development.
- Relevant professional membership or certification represents a distinct added advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing projects through planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout phases.
