Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day representative for assigned projects, managing client expectations, budgets, and programme requirements.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, resource requirements, and comprehensive execution strategies.
  • Coordinate design teams, specialist consultants, and contractors throughout the complete project lifecycle from planning to completion.
  • Develop procurement strategies, prepare tender documentation, and support contract negotiations and vendor evaluations.
  • Proactively identify project risks, constraints, and potential delivery challenges while implementing effective mitigation measures.
  • Prepare detailed weekly and monthly project reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and coordinate internal project teams while contributing to business development and company process improvements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Postgraduate qualification, further training, or certification in Project Management is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience within architecture, construction, design consultancy, or real estate development.
  • Relevant professional membership or certification represents a distinct added advantage.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing projects through planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout phases.
