About the Role
VisionSpring is looking for a dynamic Demand Generation Technical Consultant to join our mission-driven team in Nigeria. In this role, you will provide critical technical, coordination, and implementation support across our demand generation portfolio, working closely with global and in-country teams to help low-income consumers access life-changing vision correction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage demand generation project plans, budgets, timelines, and reports in response to briefs from the Global Senior Manager.
- Serve as the reliable day-to-day point of contact for assigned project workstreams and external partners.
- Coordinate ATL and BTL marketing campaigns and support the institutionalization of demand generation trainings.
- Maintain organized project documentation and track deliverables across Bangladesh, Nigeria, and India.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure smooth contracting and vendor management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Project Management, Communications, Business, or International Development.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, account management, or demand generation programming.
- Working knowledge of Below the Line (BTL) or community marketing campaign execution.
- Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with project management software.
