About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic Lead People Partner to own the people agenda for our Technology organisation as we scale the infrastructure behind financial inclusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead organisational design, workforce planning, levelling, and team transformation within a rapidly scaling technology function.
  • Own the Engineering and Product portfolios end-to-end, providing direct mentorship and supervision to a Senior People Partner.
  • Leverage people analytics in collaboration with Centres of Excellence to make data-driven decisions on talent capability and retention.
  • Drive distributed team effectiveness, optimising performance and engagement across a fast-paced, asynchronous, multi-country environment.
  • Handle complex employee relations issues and partner directly with C-level stakeholders including the CTO and engineering leadership.

Qualifications
  • Extensive senior HR business partnering experience within a scaling technology or FinTech environment.
  • Proven track record in organisational design, including structural change, function redesign, and levelling.
  • Demonstrated experience coaching, developing, and leading other HR professionals.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategic people priorities into tangible business outcomes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the confidence to operate autonomously at the C-suite level.
  • Familiarity with remote and global workforce dynamics across multiple cultural regions and jurisdictions.
