About the Role
Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC, a leading full-service financial services group in Nigeria and part of the Standard Bank Group, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead, Business Process Management Optimisation & Analysis. In this critical role, you will define business needs, design high-value solutions, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that support our corporate objectives and enhance customer experiences across our extensive network.
Key Responsibilities- Define business needs, articulate change rationales, and design practical solutions that deliver measurable value to stakeholders.
- Identify growth opportunities, conduct feasibility studies, and develop strategic plans for market expansion and product development.
- Write comprehensive project scopes, functional specifications, and accurately estimate project costs, risks, and assumptions.
- Manage project timescales, resource allocation, and ensure the successful completion of each development phase.
- Evaluate existing business processes, uncover areas for improvement, and implement robust optimization strategies.
- Identify and define tactical operational performance metrics to close gaps and meet strategic country objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure adherence to industry best practices and standard operational approaches.
- Provide accurate and timely Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) are a distinct advantage.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in managing complex operations, preferably within the financial services sector.
