About the Role

We are currently looking for a dedicated and proactive IT Personnel to play an integral role in ensuring the seamless operation of our school's technological facilities, empowering both students and staff to thrive in a digital-first learning space.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, internet facilities, and the school portal as the designated administrator.
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and relevant educational applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network faults, ensuring rapid resolution of issues.
- Set up new user accounts, manage profiles, and resolve password issues for staff and students.
- Ensure all systems are fully protected against viruses and conduct routine electrical safety checks on equipment.
- Collaborate with teachers, school leadership, and software developers to enhance administrative efficiency and integrate 21st-century technology into the curriculum.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven working experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar educational technology role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to guide users through procedural setups.
