Key Responsibilities- Inspect completed laundry and dry-cleaning orders thoroughly to ensure they meet strict company quality standards.
- Check garments meticulously for remaining stains, odors, damages, color issues, poor ironing, pressing, or finishing.
- Ensure all garments are correctly matched with customer orders and that no items are missing prior to packaging.
- Properly fold, arrange, tag, and package garments neatly and securely according to established company standards.
- Recheck and return any garments that fail to meet the required quality benchmark for immediate correction.
- Record and report quality issues and recurring errors, collaborating with laundry staff and management to maintain consistency.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in laundry quality control, garment care, or laundry operations.
- Demonstrated practical experience in inspecting, quality-checking, folding, and packaging clothes efficiently.
- Comprehensive knowledge of laundry and dry-cleaning processes, garment care, ironing, pressing, and finishing techniques.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to swiftly identify stains, damages, missing items, and poor finishing.
- Good organizational, communication, teamwork, and record-keeping skills.
- Must reside within Gudu, Gaduwa, Apo, or easily accessible nearby locations in Abuja, with flexibility for branch assignments.
