We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Laundry Personnel to join our dedicated housekeeping and hospitality team. In this role, you will ensure that all guest linens, towels, and uniforms are impeccably cleaned, pressed, and maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation, directly contributing to our guests' comfort and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Sort, wash, dry, press, and fold all hotel linens, towels, and staff uniforms efficiently.
- Operate commercial washing machines, dryers, and ironing equipment safely and correctly.
- Inspect all laundered items for stains, damage, or wear and tear, and report issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laundry work area in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping department to ensure a steady and timely supply of clean linens for rooms.
- Handle guest laundry requests professionally and promptly according to hotel standards.
- Previous experience working in a hotel, resort, commercial laundry, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with colleagues and guests.
- Neat, well-presented appearance with a strong customer-friendly attitude.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Punctual, highly responsible, and eager to learn new operational skills.
- Demonstrated practical experience in textile care and laundry operations.
