Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract new retail and corporate customers.
- Manage end-to-end customer acquisition and retention activities to maximize lifetime value.
- Promote laundry services effectively across social media platforms and other relevant marketing channels.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with individuals, residential estates, hotels, and corporate offices.
- Follow up on incoming leads promptly and convert them into loyal, paying customers.
- Monitor customer feedback closely and identify actionable opportunities for business growth.
- Track marketing performance activities and prepare comprehensive regular reports for management.
- Collaborate closely with the onsite laundry team to guarantee an excellent customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working in a laundry business, preferably in a marketing, sales, or supervisory capacity.
- Solid understanding of laundry services, workflows, and day-to-day operations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of successfully attracting, engaging, and retaining customers.
- Demonstrated proficiency in modern sales and marketing techniques.
