We seek dedicated Laundry and Cleaning Service Personnel to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesLaundry Operations:
- Sort, wash, dry, iron, fold, and store clothes, linens, towels, uniforms, and other laundry items with precision
- Operate washing machines, dryers, irons, and specialized laundry equipment safely and efficiently
- Apply appropriate detergents, disinfectants, and cleaning products according to established protocols
- Inspect all items for stains, damage, or wear; report issues promptly to supervisors
- Maintain accurate records of laundry received, processed, and distributed
- Organize and distribute clean laundry to designated departments
Cleaning Operations:
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain guest rooms, offices, bathrooms, corridors, and common areas
- Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and disinfection of all surfaces
- Empty waste bins and dispose of waste appropriately
- Clean windows, doors, furniture, and fixtures to pristine standards
- Replenish toiletries, supplies, and cleaning materials as needed
- Identify and report maintenance issues, equipment damage, leaks, and safety hazards immediately
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards consistently
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in laundry and cleaning services (1-2 years preferred)
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
