Key Responsibilities- Handle all stages of linen processing, including collecting, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, and delivering clean linens across the hotel.
- Maintain the laundry area and equipment, ensuring all laundry machines and work spaces remain clean, safe, and in optimal working order.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of linens, detergents, and other essential laundry supplies to prevent shortages.
- Respond promptly, professionally, and courteously to any guest requests or inquiries related to specialized laundry and pressing services.
- Previous experience working in a commercial laundry or housekeeping environment within the hospitality industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time effectively and handle physical tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with hotel guests and team members.
