Key Responsibilities- Apply, maintain, and remove various types of lash extensions professionally, including classic, hybrid, and volume sets.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their desired look, assess natural lash health, and recommend appropriate styles.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations in accordance with industry regulations.
- Educate clients on proper aftercare routines to ensure the longevity of their lash extensions.
- Build and retain a loyal client base by providing exceptional customer service and personalized beauty solutions.
- Keep accurate records of client preferences, products used, and appointment histories.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification from a recognized institution.
- Proven professional experience as a Lash Technician with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse application techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of eye shapes, lash health, safety standards, and sanitation protocols.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- High level of dexterity, patience, and attention to detail.
- Relevant certification in cosmetology or esthetics will be an added advantage.
