About the Role
FIPHS Infrastructure Limited is a leading indigenous world-class infrastructure development company dedicated to addressing Africa's infrastructure deficit by delivering innovative and sustainable solutions across the continent. We are currently looking for a motivated Land Surveyor to join our growing engineering team and contribute to landmark infrastructural projects.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in managing and coordinating comprehensive land surveys and site investigations.
- Conduct accurate ground measurements, including large and small-scale distances, angles, and elevations.
- Gather detailed physical and man-made topological data for various engineering projects.
- Utilize Geographical Information Systems (GIS), Computer-Aided Design (CAD), and digital mapping tools to analyze and interpret site features.
- Prepare precise survey maps, plans, and technical exhibits.
- Collaborate closely with civil and design engineers, clients, and contractors to determine project requirements.
- Verify the absolute accuracy of all survey data, field measurements, and mathematical calculations.
- A Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-NYSC field experience in conducting land surveys.
- Proficiency in performing complex horizontal and vertical survey calculations.
- Strong familiarity with standard industry concepts, surveying practices, and modern equipment.
