About the Role

We are currently seeking a dependable, hands-on Handyman to join our dynamic facilities management team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality general maintenance services, ensuring our client sites meet the highest standards of safety, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction while utilizing modern digital reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general building maintenance and repair work across multiple client sites, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and masonry.
- Supervise, support, and mentor on-site team members, allocating daily tasks and ensuring high standards of workmanship.
- Attend to site call-outs promptly, managing ad-hoc repairs and executing planned preventative maintenance schedules.
- Conduct thorough daily, weekly, and monthly site checks in strict adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements.
- Complete accurate digital administration, including mobile job cards, incident reports, and delivery notes.
- Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and operational procedures while handling tools and chemicals.
- Participate in standby duties and provide cross-functional support to electrical and HVAC teams as needed.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in general building and facilities maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising or managing a small on-site team.
- Trade-related qualification or technical certificate in building maintenance, construction, or a related discipline is highly advantageous.
- Extensive hands-on expertise spanning carpentry, plumbing, drywalling, welding, tiling, and office furniture repairs.
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety protocols and hazardous material handling.
- Proficiency in using smartphones and mobile applications for digital reporting and task management.
- Valid driver's license with the flexibility and willingness to travel between various client sites.
