About the Role

Homeland Integrated Offshore Services Limited is an indigenous multidisciplinary organization offering premier Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation services in the oil and gas sector. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Contracts Administrator III to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will ensure that contractors operate in strict accordance with contract terms and conditions, drive timely purchase order placements, and oversee the complete lifecycle of our service contracts. You will act as a key liaison between Procurement, Operations, and SSH&E, ensuring that our operations maintain the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence across all business lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in pre-qualification, contractor selection, and service planning to develop robust contract strategies.
  • Liaise with Procurement to ensure all necessary contract documents and Purchase Orders are accurately in place.
  • Initiate and facilitate contract kick-off meetings, developing joint Interface Management Plans with contractors.
  • Oversee the entire contract portfolio and steward contractor interface activities throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Establish and maintain the Active Contractor Tracking Database and manage monthly KPI reporting.
  • Coordinate contractor site assessments, crew competency reviews, and comprehensive quarterly and annual performance assessments.
  • Liaise with the SSH&E team to schedule safety sharing meetings, safety forums, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
  • Support contract owners with contract suspensions, terminations, and seamless contract completion and close-out processes.
Qualifications
  • Significant experience in contract administration, preferably within service-contractor or industrial oil and gas environments.
  • Demonstrated experience working within large corporations, complex organizational settings, or developing country environments.
  • The highest standard of Safety, Health, and Environment (SSH&E) aptitude with the ability to cultivate safety in others.
  • Strong understanding of procurement roles, business processes, contract terms, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and multi-cultural interaction skills.
  • Proficiency in computing, independent problem-solving, and advanced organizational and planning abilities.
