About the Role

While rooted in technology, we maintain high standards across all operational facets, and we are currently seeking a qualified Laboratory Technician to undertake a variety of technical laboratory procedures. In this role, you will handle sensitive equipment to analyze samples, conduct precise tests, and report your findings directly to the laboratory manager, ensuring all operations run smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, label, and analyze various samples including blood, toxic substances, and tissue according to protocol.
- Design and execute laboratory testing following standard operating procedures, making accurate observations and interpreting findings.
- Conduct experiments under defined conditions to verify or reject scientific hypotheses using refined methods.
- Organize and store all chemical substances, fluids, and compressed gases strictly in accordance with safety instructions.
- Record all data and results accurately in both paper and electronic specified forms with high responsibility.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and assist in ordering necessary laboratory supplies.
- Ensure that all QHSE safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times while maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
- Proven experience operating electrical and non-electrical laboratory equipment and handling potentially dangerous substances safely.
- In-depth knowledge of QHSE systems, preventative safety measures, and standard laboratory best practices.
- Excellent physical condition and endurance required for a fast-paced laboratory environment.
- Working proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and digital database systems for accurate data logging.
- Strong ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and perform well under pressure.
