We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laboratory Scientist to join our professional team. In this role, you will perform and quality-assure laboratory testing accurately and safely, directly supporting patient care and the seamless operation of our laboratory services while adhering to the highest standards of biosafety and integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Perform laboratory testing across relevant disciplines to professional standards.
- Apply rigorous biosafety and quality-control standards in day-to-day practice.
- Maintain equipment readiness and report technical faults promptly.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and support efficient result-reporting workflows.
- Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) from a recognized institution.
- Completion of mandatory national internship and NYSC, or valid exemption.
- Minimum of 1 year of post-registration experience in medical laboratory science.
- Strong knowledge of specimen handling, biosafety, and quality control.
- Specialty training or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
