As we drive the global transition toward renewable energy, we are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Laboratory Assistant to join our growing team. In this vital support role, you will help ensure our laboratory operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently while working with cutting-edge materials that power the future of green technology.
Key Responsibilities- Assist experienced laboratory staff with the systematic collection, preparation, accurate labeling, and secure storage of various samples.
- Prepare, sterilize, and arrange essential laboratory materials, chemicals, reagents, and specialized equipment as required for daily testing.
- Clean, sterilize, and maintain laboratory equipment, work areas, glassware, and associated apparatus to uphold strict hygiene standards.
- Record test results, sample tracking information, and other critical laboratory data accurately into our digital and physical logs.
- Ensure all laboratory procedures are strictly followed in accordance with company standards, quality assurance protocols, and environmental requirements.
- Handle hazardous and non-hazardous laboratory chemicals and raw materials safely and responsibly following established protocols.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and maintaining adequate supplies of laboratory materials to prevent operational downtime.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant professional work experience operating as a Laboratory Assistant or in a similar industrial lab environment.
- Basic technical knowledge of standard laboratory procedures, sample preparation techniques, and safe chemical handling.
- Proven ability to accurately record, manage, and maintain sensitive laboratory data without errors.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong capacity to follow complex instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced multidisciplinary team environment.
