We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Lab Technologist to join our modern Laboratories department. In this vital role, you will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional diagnostic services while shaping the future of healthcare excellence in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Perform accurate routine and specialized laboratory tests to aid in disease diagnosis, treatment, and patient monitoring.
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Ensure proper handling, labeling, and processing of biological specimens following strict hospital protocols.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate digital records of all test results in compliance with hospital data standards.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.
- Adhere strictly to safety, quality control, and infection control guidelines within the laboratory environment.
- Possess a Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized institution or College of Health Technology.
- Must be duly registered with the relevant professional regulatory body and possess a valid practicing license.
- Demonstrate relevant post-qualification experience and high professional competence in a clinical setting.
- Exhibit unwavering integrity, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
