Key Responsibilities- Conduct routine and complex laboratory tests and chemical analyses on raw materials and finished beverage samples.
- Ensure all production indicators strictly meet internal quality benchmarks and regulatory standards.
- Regularly visit the production workshop to collect representative samples for quality control inspection.
- Safeguard product stability and safety throughout the entire manufacturing process by identifying anomalies early.
- Accurately record testing data, maintain comprehensive laboratory logs, and issue detailed analysis reports.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Food Science and Technology, or a related science discipline.
- Proven experience working in a laboratory setting, preferably within the food and beverage or FMCG manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in standard laboratory operations, equipment handling, and analytical testing methods.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a high level of professional rigor.
- Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in basic data recording and computer applications.
