About the Role
ShopMora (branded as MORA.CO) is a popular contemporary Nigerian womenswear fashion brand known for its chic, effortless, and feminine silhouettes, meticulously designed and crafted in Lagos, Nigeria, with worldwide shipping. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and driven Production Operations Coordinator to streamline our garment manufacturing workflows, manage vendor relationships, and ensure seamless delivery from design floor to final dispatch.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily production schedules and manufacturing workflows for our contemporary womenswear collections in Lagos.
- Liaise closely with tailors, artisans, fabric suppliers, and external contractors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality garments.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, fabrics, and trims, placing timely orders to prevent production bottlenecks.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks on finished pieces to maintain MORA.CO high standards of craftsmanship.
- Maintain accurate production logs, tracking sheets, and supply chain documentation for operational reporting.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce waste and enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.
- Relevant educational qualification in Fashion Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in garment production, manufacturing operations, or fashion supply chain management.
- Deep understanding of apparel construction, fabric types, and tailoring processes within the Nigerian fashion industry.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for managing diverse artisan and vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and spreadsheets for inventory and production tracking.
