Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to Key Stage 1 students using a fused international curriculum.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes effective learning and good behavior.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils while providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, parents, and the school board to support holistic student development and teamwork.
- Integrate digital tools and modern IT resources into daily classroom instruction to enhance student engagement.
- Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (B.Ed., B.Sc., or B.A. with PGDE or equivalent) in Education or a relevant field.
- Strong subject knowledge and proven classroom management skills tailored to early years and primary education.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in utilizing digital teaching tools and strong general IT skills.
- Prior teaching experience in a reputable school setting is a distinct advantage.
