Pacific International Drilling, a global leader in ultra-deepwater offshore drilling, is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Knuckleboom Crane Operator for our state-of-the-art drillships operating in Nigeria. Key Responsibilities- Supervise Roustabout crews and coordinate daily offshore drilling operations efficiently.
- Operate knuckleboom cranes safely in compliance with international maritime and offshore regulations.
- Inspect all cranes, rigging equipment, and associated lifting gear regularly to ensure optimal working conditions.
- Adhere strictly to crane and rigging safety instructions, operational limits, and company paint specifications.
- Complete all required position-specific training within the designated timeframe.
- Proven experience in offshore drilling operations and supervising Roustabout crews.
- Valid Crane Operator Certificate.
- Able Seaman Certificate (if Drillship/MODU sea time was accumulated for USCG endorsement).
- Fast Rescue Boat Certificate.
- Basic and Advanced Fire Fighting Certificates.
- HLO (Helicopter Landing Officer) Certificate.
