About the Role
Whispers Art Haus, a premium hospitality and lifestyle destination located in the heart of Maitama, Abuja, is expanding and seeking a dedicated, professional, and service-driven Kitchen Steward to join our growing team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our culinary operations, ensuring our kitchen maintains the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans promptly and thoroughly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage spaces.
- Empty trash bins, manage waste disposal, and adhere to strict health and safety regulations.
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation and stocking duties as needed.
- Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and storage of all kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Strong work ethic and high level of professionalism.
- Ability to thrive and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Relevant experience working as a kitchen steward or in a similar hospitality role is a distinct advantage.
