About the Role
Dreampod Place is a vibrant, community-driven co-workspace and lifestyle hub designed to enhance productivity for freelancers, remote workers, and creative entrepreneurs. Alongside our collaborative workspaces, we operate Nibbles Kitchen, a bustling café serving the tastiest burgers, beverages, and shakes to our in-house members and immediate neighborhood. We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant II with a drinks specialty to join our dynamic culinary team and help us deliver exceptional refreshment experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare signature smoothies, milkshakes, and parfaits strictly according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Pre-portion fresh fruits, dairy, and other ingredients efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and hygiene standards at the drinks station and within all cold storage areas.
- Accurately monitor and record daily inventory usage, stock levels, and food wastage.
- Provide reliable support to the hot kitchen line during peak operational hours to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Minimum of a Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or relevant vocational training in hospitality or food production.
- Proven prior experience working in a café, restaurant, or fast-paced kitchen environment, specifically handling cold station duties.
- Strong knowledge of basic food safety, hygiene practices, and kitchen sanitation standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during peak business hours.
