Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house and back-end operations across all restaurant outlets.
- Monitor and train staff to guarantee uniformity in customer service and product presentation.
- Conduct regular store visits to inspect operations, ensure brand compliance, and supervise maintenance.
- Manage stock deliveries, liaising closely with bakery and delivery personnel to guarantee smooth logistics.
- Identify evolving customer needs, resolve inquiries proactively, and maintain superior service standards.
- Assist with administrative duties, performance management, internal communications, and HR-related inquiries.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and innovative hospitality solutions.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
