Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with hotel standards and recipes.
- Welcome guests warmly, take drink orders accurately, and offer expert menu recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-stocked bar area, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Manage bar inventory, track stock levels, and place timely replenishment requests with the F&B manager.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handle cash and electronic transactions, and reconcile daily sales accurately.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any complaints promptly and professionally.
- Minimum of SSCE or relevant hospitality certification from a recognized institution.
- Proven working experience as a Barman or Bartender, preferably within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment.
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, beverage pairing, and cocktail preparation techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
