About the Role
Earlz Kitchen is a fast-growing Nigerian restaurant chain renowned for serving healthy, premium-quality daily lunch packs, food trays, and top-tier event catering services. Originating as a beloved food spot in Owerri, Imo State, we have successfully expanded our footprint with a vibrant new location in Shomolu, Lagos. We are currently seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to join our dynamic culinary team and contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the head chef and kitchen staff with food preparation, chopping, washing, and ingredient organisation.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in compliance with health regulations.
- Manage inventory tracking and basic stock checks using fundamental mathematical skills.
- Support daily operations packaging lunch packs and food trays for delivery and walk-in customers.
- Leverage social media savvy to occasionally capture engaging behind-the-scenes content of kitchen operations.
- Minimum of SSCE or relevant culinary certifications with verifiable kitchen work experience.
- Basic mathematics skills for accurate measurement and inventory management.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content creation is a strong advantage.
- Applicants residing within close proximity to Shomolu, Lagos and surrounding mainland areas will be preferred.
