Key Responsibilities- Assist the head chef and kitchen staff with food preparation, chopping, washing, and organizing ingredients.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized workstation, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.
- Manage kitchen inventory, restock supplies, and handle waste disposal properly.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during busy service hours.
- Support various cooking stations as directed to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team.
- Maintain a professional appearance and immaculate personal hygiene standards.
- Demonstrate a reliable, punctual, and flexible attitude toward working shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Exhibit a customer-first mindset with a passion for the hospitality and restaurant industry.
- Prior experience in a commercial kitchen setting is an added advantage but not mandatory.
