About the Role
HR Aid Consults is partnering with a reputable primary school located in Abijo GRA, Lagos, to recruit a dedicated and dynamic Key Stage One Teacher for an immediate start. This role is perfect for an educator who is passionate about early childhood development and eager to shape the foundational years of primary school students through engaging, child-centered teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons tailored to the Key Stage One curriculum.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and positive behavior.
- Assess, monitor, and record individual student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and implement school policies consistently.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to organize extracurricular activities and school events.
- Bachelor's degree in Education (BSc/BEd) or a relevant teaching qualification.
- Registration with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven teaching experience within the Key Stage One educational level.
- Demonstrated expertise in strong classroom management, lesson planning, and communication skills.
- Unwavering commitment to child development, safety, and pastoral care.
- Competitive and negotiable monthly salary ranging from N100,000 to N170,000.
