We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Junior Secondary School Teacher to join our dynamic team of educators in Nigeria, dedicated to inspiring the next generation of leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons aligned with the approved junior secondary school curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth and personal development.
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and positive behavior.
- Participate in departmental meetings, school events, professional development workshops, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Supervise extracurricular activities and guide students in moral, spiritual, and emotional development.
- Keep accurate records of student attendance, performance, and grades as required by school policy.
- Possession of a Bachelor degree in Education (B.Ed), B.A, B.Sc with a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE), or relevant academic qualifications.
- Proven teaching experience within a recognized secondary school setting.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian secondary school curriculum and modern pedagogical approaches.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- High level of integrity, patience, and passion for holistic youth development.
- Registration with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) is an added advantage.
