Whip Smart Service Providers Limited is a premier care and support agency dedicated to delivering exceptional home healthcare and domestic support services across Nigeria. We are currently looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic in-house human resources team in Ikeja, Lagos. In this role, you will play a vital part in sourcing, screening, onboarding, and deploying qualified caregiving and domestic staff who meet our rigorous company standards. Key Responsibilities- Source, attract, and recruit qualified caregiving and domestic staff for various client placements.
- Screen job applications, resumes, and conduct thorough interviews with prospective candidates.
- Assess candidate suitability, verifying medical tests, background checks, and professional references.
- Coordinate the seamless deployment and placement of successful candidates with clients.
- Conduct onboarding, orientation, and basic training for newly recruited staff members.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate recruitment documentation, personnel files, and databases.
- Follow up regularly with deployed staff and clients to ensure satisfaction and successful placements.
- Compile and submit comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports to management.
- Ensure strict adherence to company recruitment policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or general HR functions is an added advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must reside within Ikeja or its immediate environs in Lagos, or demonstrate a willingness to commute daily.
