We are currently looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between our technical teams and clients, ensuring that business process improvements and Odoo implementations are delivered seamlessly. Key Responsibilities- Understand project scope, budget, and duration to create comprehensive project requirements and deliverables.
- Supervise junior project team members, assistants, and associates to maintain productivity and alignment.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings to communicate team roles, expectations, and project timelines effectively.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and emerging issues regularly to prevent delays and maintain high standards.
- Maintain quality documentation and data integrity throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Identify potential conflicts of interest or project risks and propose proactive mitigation strategies.
- Develop and enforce adherence to project plans using recognized methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and PRINCE2.
- Foster strong working relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of project supplies and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience managing software and business delivery projects.
- Practical experience managing project timelines of at least 6 months from initiation to delivery.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and PRINCE2, as well as UML design principles.
- Proficiency in IT tools, particularly advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and standard project management software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proven conflict resolution abilities.
