About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven Project Manager to oversee our cutting-edge technology initiatives and ensure successful project delivery from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects in alignment with business goals.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage project resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline adherence to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving operational bottlenecks.
- Conduct comprehensive post-project evaluations to measure success and define lessons learned for future initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager within the Nigerian tech or IT services sector.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
