About the Role

We are currently looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our growing team in Nigeria and contribute to our diverse portfolio of projects.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning, execution, and management of various construction and business development projects.
- Coordinate project documentation, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
- Review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), assist with budget tracking, and monitor project costs.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project communication.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports, meeting minutes, and project updates for senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in project or construction management.
- Strong working knowledge of BOQs, budgeting, and technical project documentation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
