About the Role

Corona Management Systems (CMS) is a dynamic social enterprise dedicated to providing technical and management support to health, education, and social development programmes across sub-Saharan Africa. We believe that committed individuals equipped with the right tools can drive transformative change. We are currently looking for a talented Junior Programme Associate (Product Manager) to join our innovative team in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive priority technology products by developing and executing product roadmaps, defining objectives, and translating programme needs into clear product requirements.
  • Manage product lifecycles, coordinate development activities with agile teams, and track milestones to ensure timely delivery.
  • Gather user feedback, monitor product performance, and develop dashboards and reports to recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Lead project planning and execution from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget with minimal supervision.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison to clients, consortium partners, and diverse stakeholders.
  • Support human resources management, mentor team members, and foster professional growth within the team.
  • Contribute to business development efforts through stakeholder engagement, innovation ideation, and proposal development.
Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Engineering Management, or related fields.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant post-national service experience in ICT4D within low- and middle-income countries, including product and project management.
  • Proven experience leading developers in an agile environment; collaboration experience with government officials is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
