Key Responsibilities- Support the monthly preparation, processing, and distribution of employee payroll.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records, files, and documentation.
- Assist with complex salary calculations, tax deductions, overtime, allowances, and statutory contributions.
- Reconcile payroll data across multiple platforms and actively resolve any payroll discrepancies.
- Provide crucial support during internal and external payroll-related audits and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with the Human Resources and Finance departments to ensure seamless information flow.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven hands-on experience in payroll administration or a closely related financial role.
- Good foundational knowledge of Nigerian payroll processes, tax laws, and statutory deductions.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a high level of integrity in handling confidential employee information.
