About the Role

We are currently looking for a proactive and organized Human Resource Associate to join our vibrant People & Culture team and support our expanding workforce.
In this dynamic role, you will execute day-to-day HR operations across the entire employee lifecycle, contributing significantly to employee experience, performance management, administration, and continuous process improvements within a fast-paced technological environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and support day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and accurate HR documentation.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and address employee inquiries.
- Assist in the planning and execution of performance appraisal processes and tracking timelines.
- Maintain reliable HR data, track metrics, and prepare informative workforce reports.
- Contribute to the implementation, review, and continuous improvement of company HR policies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous practical experience in HR through internships, NYSC, or entry-level roles will be an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of core HR functions, employee lifecycle processes, and Nigerian labor practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and HR management tools.
