We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Consultant to join our growing HR Advisory and Client Services team in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Manage assigned client accounts, serving as the primary operational HR contact and ensuring timely resolution of client needs.
- Provide day-to-day employee relations support, handling grievances, disciplinary processes, conduct, and leave management.
- End-to-end recruitment management, including job description drafting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and seamless onboarding coordination.
- Support performance management frameworks, tracking KPIs, KRAs, appraisals, and coordinating Performance Improvement Plans.
- Coordinate employee welfare, benefits administration, learning and development sessions, and structured exit processes.
- Draft, review, and refine professional HR documentation, including employee handbooks, policies, and advisory deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in an HR consultancy, outsourced HR, or client-facing HR environment.
- Solid understanding of Nigerian employment practices, labor laws, and general HR operations.
- Evidence of ongoing professional HR development, certification, or active membership.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of professional discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
