In this role, you will support our recruitment division by executing client staffing projects, sourcing top-tier talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring process from application to onboarding. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and posting compelling job adverts across various job boards and professional social media platforms.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and CVs to accurately match candidate profiles with specific client job requirements.
  • Coordinate, organize, and schedule interviews between prospective candidates and respective clients.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date candidate records within the company recruitment database.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the entire recruitment cycle to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Prepare comprehensive candidate profiles and detailed shortlisting reports for internal and client review.
  • Follow up proactively with candidates and clients to guarantee a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Handle general administrative tasks related to recruitment documentation, reporting, and talent pipeline management.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, human resources, or administrative support roles, preferably within a consulting environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking capabilities with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and adherence to strict confidentiality regarding personnel matters.
