We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Human Resources Officer to join our growing team in Lagos, Nigeria, and support our overarching people strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and seamless onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage comprehensive HR documentation in compliance with company standards.
- Implement organizational HR policies and ensure strict adherence to Nigerian labour regulations and industry best practices.
- Handle employee relations matters proactively, managing disciplinary procedures and facilitating fair grievance resolutions.
- Coordinate performance management cycles and support continuous staff development and training initiatives.
- Administer leave requests and collaborate effectively to support accurate payroll-related HR activities.
- Prepare insightful HR reports and deliver top-tier administrative support to executive management.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven professional experience in a dedicated Human Resources role.
- Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI will be considered a strong added advantage.
- Deep understanding and working knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and modern HR frameworks.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern HR software platforms.
