Operating under our core philosophy that every package tells a unique tale, we are currently looking for a passionate Junior Graphics Designer to bring fresh ideas and creative energy to our talented production team in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Design compelling visual concepts, custom product packaging, and branding materials that align with client specifications and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the production and sales teams to prepare high-quality print-ready files with accurate color replication.
- Revise existing artwork and adapt designs for various packaging formats, materials, and retail dimensions.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting strict turnaround times and maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Stay updated on current packaging design trends, printing technologies, and industry standards to continuously improve our product offerings.
- Possess relevant academic qualifications in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative discipline.
- Demonstrated experience or a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A keen eye for typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling, particularly within retail or product packaging.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to take constructive feedback and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage tight production schedules with a positive attitude.
