About the Role
Estaahair is a premier luxury hair boutique and beauty salon specializing in ethically sourced raw hair, high-quality custom wigs, ultra-thin HD lace, and professional installations. Operating successful physical salons in both Lagos, Nigeria and Sandton, South Africa, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional beauty experiences to our discerning clientele. We are currently looking for a skilled, passionate, and professional Hair Colorist to join our dynamic Lagos team and help us set new standards in luxury hair care.
Key Responsibilities- Consult with clients to understand their hair coloring goals, assess hair health, and recommend suitable shades and techniques.
- Perform expert hair coloring services including balayage, highlights, full coloring, root touch-ups, and corrective color.
- Work extensively with custom wigs, extensions, and raw hair bundles to achieve flawless, natural-looking color transformations.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in adherence to salon health and safety standards.
- Keep up-to-date with current hair color trends, techniques, and premium hair care products.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure every client enjoys a luxurious and satisfying salon experience.
- Proven professional experience as a Hair Colorist in a high-end salon or luxury beauty boutique.
- Relevant certification or formal training in cosmetology and advanced hair coloring techniques.
- Exceptional creativity, artistic vision, and a deep passion for the beauty industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
